How it works
Two sides. One simple connector.
Parents book a demo with a tutor they have chosen, or post a requirement and get pitches — both free. Faculty confirm the demo or the pitch, then you agree the rest directly.
For parents
Two ways to find a tutor. Both paths. Zero fees.
Know who you want? Search and book a demo. Not sure yet? Post your requirement on the board — verified tutors pitch, and you pick who to continue with.
Path 1 · Search & book a demo
Browse the directory when you know the subject — in your city or online from anywhere.
- 1Search by subject and area — nearby or online worldwide
- 2Browse verified profiles, slots, and intro videos
- 3Book a demo — subject, class, and a time
- 4The tutor confirms. You agree fees directly after the demo
Path 2 · Post & get pitches
Post a generic job requirement — tutors come to you with pitches. Your name stays hidden until you accept.
- 1Post your need — subject, class, area, budget (2 min)
- 2Stay anonymous — tutors pitch with why they're a fit
- 3Review pitches, accept the best → connect on WhatsApp
- 4Arrange timing, fees, and mode yourselves — still ₹0
After the demo or an accepted pitch: you arrange timing, fees, and location directly — Mentr never takes a cut.

How Mentr works
One flow. Both sides win.
Parents search tutors directly or post requirements and review pitches — faculty list, pitch, and approve who connects. Numbers stay private until a mentor accepts.

Two free paths: search verified tutors by subject and book a demo, or post your requirement on the board and let tutors pitch you. A demo shares your number with that tutor so they can confirm the time. On the board, your name stays hidden until you accept a pitch.
